The Towne of Seahaven was a large-scale development located in Panama City Beach, Florida, with big plans and a beautiful theme, slated to become the jewel of the beach over a decade ago. The peacemaking master plan was created by Intrawest’s Playground, who also developed The Village of Baytowne Wharf in neighboring Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort in Miramar Beach, Florida. Duval at Seahaven was to be the gateway building at the entrance, welcoming guests and passersby, and the architectural plans for this had a lot of presence as we designed the logo treatments.
We also designed a few ad campaigns to announce the new development, celebrating the nostalgia of Old Florida to convey the message that would embody The Towne of Seahaven. This vintage-inspired theme matched the vision of families and friends visiting a place that celebrated yesteryear. This campaign touted that message beautifully.
The Idea Boutique hosted and marketed a grand opening party. The nostalgic themed invitation featured a retro female channeling the 1950s with an actual Coke-inspired bottle cap and a beautiful pearl metallic ink cover.
