Being recognized as a respected full-service marketing agency is what led the Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association and the Panama City Beach Chamber of Commerce to entrust The Idea Boutique with the responsibility of rebranding and marketing their large-scale event. The 2014 Panama City Beach Seafood & Music Festival was a top priority for our team, and we met with both organizations on a monthly basis for planning and brainstorming sessions.
Starting in 2013, a new logo design and branding were the first steps in taking this event to a new level of success. After assisting our clients with event logistics and details, we developed a custom website design, gathered necessary assets for content, and brought to life a full-scale marketing and PR plan. National and regional media buys were implemented in order to fully meet the objective of the event—to bring in outside visitors to stay in Panama City Beach. We also designed and produced printed collateral for the Panama City Beach Seafood & Music Festival, including rack cards, posters, tickets and banners.
The Panama City Beach Seafood & Music Festival proved to be a huge success, reaching capacity at Aaron Bessant Park the first night and selling out completely the second night. It was a wonderful moment to experience watching everyone’s hard work and the clients’ expectations be truly fulfilled. We felt privileged to have been a part of the Panama City Beach Seafood & Music Festival.
