Way back in 1994, The Idea Boutique launched in Seaside, Florida, and we were blessed to have the town of Seaside as our very first client. Our second client was Carillon Beach, and then Lovelace Interiors was added to our roster shortly thereafter. We’ve all come a long way since and are fortunate to have cultivated longstanding relationships with clients who have become friends as well as colleagues. Susan Lovelace founded Lovelace Interiors a year after we opened, and we created the first brand mark for their 10,000-square-foot flagship showroom in Miramar Beach, Florida. We create a hand-drawn image for them that has stood the test of time. Lovelace Interiors is one of the best and most highly decorated interior design firms in our area and beyond, and the synergy between our companies has been dynamic and ever-changing. We have been part of their creative team and their brand evolution on and off for the past 25 years. Our most recent endeavor for the company was being hired to create the new branding for their second showroom, located in Inlet Beach, which would embody a new look and cater to a new clientele along Scenic Highway 30-A and in nearby Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. We developed a complete brand design landscape for the new store with particular attention paid to how we would connect the two locations. This was accomplished by graphically creating the letter “L” mark, which serves as a brand umbrella to both stores and embodies the rich legacy and good reputation of Lovelace Interiors. We crafted this mark across multiple marketing platforms and assisted with the branding for the second location’s official launch. Lovelace Interiors’ rich history and legacy are essential to the strong foundation of their business, and we are honored to represent this brand and all that it stands for in our community.
